§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online shop www.hansfrauenschuh.com between Hans Frauenschuh GmbH and consumers, in the version valid at the time of the order.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of the products does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the “Buy” button, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded through our order confirmation sent by email.

§ 4 Prices, Shipping, Payment

All prices include the statutory value-added tax and are exclusive of shipping costs.
Payment methods: advance payment, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
For advance payment, the amount must be paid immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§ 5 Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, delivery takes place within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment.
The risk of accidental loss passes to the customer only upon handover.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Hans Frauenschuh GmbH until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

§ 8 Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hans Frauenschuh GmbH, Im Gries 39, 6370 Kitzbühel, office@hansfrauenschuh.at) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or letter).

Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
